Beachfront villa, beautifully styled with covered veranda looking out over the bay towards Nathon.
A large communal swimming pool and sun terrace, and then to the almost private beach which is ideal for swimming.
The Steps take you to a outdoor terrace which is partially covered, and surrounded by a mature tropical plants. The folding patio doors take you into a large lounge which has a large sofa suitable for at least 6 persons, coffee table and latest flat screen TV. The Kitchen has all western equipment including a full oven and microwave, a breakfast bar style counter with bar stools.
This leads off to the guest bedroom, which has two single beds and en-suit bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a large double bed, and dressing room furniture, an en-suit bathroom with shower. This room is fully air conditioned with additional overhead fan. The lounge has its own ceiling fan.
Off to the substantial terrace area which has easy chairs and outside dining table. This area as with the lounge and master bedroom has magnificent beach / sea views. With a changing landscape as ferries and cruise liners cross the sea in front towards Nathon and over to Koh Phangan.
