- Contract process
- Walk-thru: occupancy and vacancy
- Client question and concerns
- Checking inventory
- Inspections upon vacating property.
- Weekly checking of property: flushing toilets, running water, changing filters etc. (When vacant)
- Repair & maintenance facilitating, such as Pool cleaning, garden maintenance etc.
- Cleaning and laundry facilitating.
- Utility bill payments.
What you handle:
- Signing paperwork as and when required
- Utility bills & Advertising costs.
- Maintenance and general upkeep costs.
- Collecting the rental income.
