Condominiums for sale on Koh Samui. Interesting changes are happening on Samui in respect of condominium developments which have been all the rage in the rest of Thailand. It is becoming increasingly apparent that Koh Samui is catching up, with a number of new condo projects planned in the next one to three year. Although the numbers of new projects launched, are certain to be affected in the short term, by the current world financial crisis.
