Requirement of a Samui Real Estate Locators Developer:
- Has completed projects or have related experience.
- Have happy clients who are willing to provide testimonials.
- Provides proof of title for the land or has a contract to purchase the land.
- Has a "Show Home" or has other properties to show proof of work quality.
- Provides infrastructure such as roads, perimeter walls, water source and electricity.
- Have a marketing strategy and a total completion date.
- Can demonstrate what facilities will be provided on full completion and can document what services will be provided at what charge.
- Has a dedicated workforce in place to meet schedules.
- Have legal contracts and purchase agreements in place written by a qualified Lawyer.
- Has applied or is in the process of obtaining a project license, building permits, drainage, sewage, road and electric compliance reports.
- Contractually provides compensation for delayed occupancy.
